10·6 hours agoSounds like you are using a custodial wallet. And things like that happen all the time with custodial wallets. Count this as a lesson learned. Not your keys, not your crypto. Also, do keep in mind that blockchains such as that are completely transparent, so any money you send or receive over it can be looked at any time in the future. If that does not sound appealing to you, I would take a look at Monero and cake wallet.
Yeah, monero would have been a much better choice.
6·5 days agoWell, that won’t matter unless it’s a brand new phone or has been properly erased because you won’t be able to install lineage anyway unless one of those two conditions are met.
Okay, according to the article, this functionality will only activate after you have signed into a Google account for the first time on the device. So, at least for those of us who use custom software such as lineage OS, that won’t matter since we don’t put a Google account on the device to begin with in a lot of cases. A lot of us boot the phone for the first time, skip the entire setup wizard as fast as possible without signing in or any of that stuff, and then immediately enable OEM unlocking and flash the lineage or whatever software.
Now, it’s six gigahertz according to the article. But by putting the routers close to each other, it doesn’t matter so much.
The article says that it’s six gigahertz and that they are putting one unit on each side of the wall they want to blast through. So the signal is extremely strong right at the wall and then goes through it weakening and hits the other device and then is re-transmitted or whatever. By putting the routers directly on the wall, next to each other, they have enough power to get through the obstruction. But if they were in the middle of the room, for example, they probably would not.

This is fantastic. If you know what the problem is, because you’ve been diagnosed or whatever, and you know what medicine will do it, and you are capable of making it, I see no issue at all with this. You don’t need a PhD in computer science to browse the internet.

From what I understand, that is not totally true. Basic does target the newer Android versions, but from what I understand, they are bringing the main client up to date as well. I’m using the main client at the moment, and it used to target 25, and now it’s targeting 29. It’s obviously still not the newest, but it has increased quite a bit, and I think it will continue to do so.
I’ve found that it’s a particular size. I do not like having a phone with case that is more than about 75 centimeters from edge to edge because then it feels somewhat uncomfortable to hold in the hand.
I just got Android 14 the other day through lineage OS 21 and I’m enjoying the fact that when I pull down the notification shade now that it triggers a quick tap of the vibration motor
Just like my cell phone plan, I get to pay $15 per month for calling texting and 5 gigabytes of data because I know for a fact that I’m not going to use 5 gigabytes of data where everybody else is paying $60 or more for unlimited.
If nothing else they should have tried to report it anonymously
Going to have a look at sayboard now. I’m not after a full keyboard or anything. I just need the dictation because I use the keyboard that comes with lineage or graphene, which I believe is just the AOSP keyboard.
Edit: okay i am giving it a try so far it seems like it works well enough but i definitely wish it had a tone to let you know that the recording had started. It also appears to not work every time like it should. Also i don’t seem to be able to find a space bar in order to dictate a new sentence once i’m done with one which is somewhat irritating
I think I remember something about that, but I didn’t pay much attention to it at the time. I feel like whatever it was, it was rather recent, though.
