I don’t play, but that’s probably caused by users with potato connections or extremely high ping being allowed to connect to the server. Pretty common problem with online games.

try to join a deathmatch, race or a heist and you will be loading and waiting in menus forever

Iirc, there was a bug with the games loading config parser being written so horribly bad what should take a second took 5 minutes…
