Products that change the service they offer after you purchase it should also be eligible for a full refund (plus a % on top for the hassle). Such as offering a service through the product for free at the time of purchase but then moving it being a monthly subscription paywall later on, or just removing the feature completely.
There should almost be some sort of technological transfer to nearby empires, like cultural influence. If your neighbour is at 10000 tech points or whatever while you are at 1000, you should be able to leech some tech points from your neighbour to develop faster.
Transfer rate increases with the disparity between nations and decreases with distance.
So a super advanced empire on continent A will contribute to nations on continent A and B, but those on continent A get more of a bonus than those on B.
This aligns fairly well with reality as neighbouring countries would transfer students to universities all the time, less so the further the nations are apart.
Eh, not really. They aren’t called star wars 1, star wars 2, star wars 3, etc.
They all have individual names and they are just ordered 1-9 without it being in the title.
Witcher has the number in the actual title (at least the second and third do)
So instead of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and then releasing The Witcher 4: ???, I just think it may be more logical to release it as The Witcher ??? 1: ??? or something, just so that it is obvious it’s a separate trilogy and storyline.
If its a new trilogy should they be referring to it as witcher 4?
Wouldn’t it make more sense to call it something like Witcher: ??? 1,2, and 3
And then PlayStation 6 will come out in like a year or something. Why would anyone buy this when they could wait for the ps6?
I don’t understand why no one in Hollywood has yet learned that if you don’t stick to the source material when doing a video game adaptation, it’s going to fail.
How many video game adaptations have been a success after straying from the source material? I can’t think of a single one but I haven’t watched them all.
Don’t we already have pretty strict safety standards for vehicles? I can’t imagine these Chinese vehicles meet all the safety and testing requirements for the price they’re sold for.
Should be allowed to return products at a full refund when they do something like this, and for an additional 25% value in a gift card for the inconvenience.
I don’t understand why school has to be a full day either. I’m sure teachers could use an extra hour every morning to do their prep, planning, and grading.
Every update with these new UI changes seems to increase empty wasted space each time
I really dislike movie ratings in general. I watched a ton of 18+ and R rated films as a kid and think I turned out just fine.
On the other hand a few kids I grew up with that had helicopter parents and weren’t allowed to watch some Disney movies because they thought it was too harmful ended up very… Damaged. Like they can’t moderate themselves and decide what is too much for them, have nightmares at the smallest little things, can’t separate out fantasy from reality in some cases, etc.
I think he mispronounced it once and was made fun of for it, so now he is doubling down to try and convince people he did it on purpose as some sort of 4D chess insult no one but smart trump can understand.
Yeah, that’s the one down side, but instead of two restrooms with 4 stalls + 2 stalls & 2 Urinals you can have one restroom with 8 stalls. Probably won’t have as big of a line since it’s not as limited.
Why can’t we just get rid of gendered restrooms altogether?
Just have a room with fully enclosed rooms for a toilet and then a common area for the sinks. Get rid of those stupid flimsy walls with cracks everywhere and two feet of space beneath the door and just have a bunch of individual rooms with a toilet in them. Guys can pee in a toilet, they don’t need a uniral.
Doesn’t the card go into a machine at the checkout anyways? They’re just changing the location of the machine, really, not introducing something new.
I just don’t understand why anyone watches Netflix anymore.
What’s the point in starting an interesting new show when there’s a 80% chance you’ll never see a proper ending?
Of course, it’s Netflix. They can’t stick to an idea for more than 2-3 years unless it makes billions.
Why would they ask that in front of his wife? Do they actually expect him to say yes if it’s true when she is there?
Might sound stupid, but perhaps then they shouldn’t be offering services like Disney Plus and instead simply offer a car that lets you download any streaming app you have your own subscription for.
