Sure, but with a full-sized PC tower, you could reasonably fit thousands of Blu-rays. The physical size difference is pretty massive in that comparison.

Or just contact your credit card provider and say the item was never shipped, because it wasn’t. Bonus points if you can prove that they never sent you a tracking number. If Etsy won’t help you then fuck them.
I meant physical size, not data size. With one computer with multiple 24TB drives, you can store hundreds or thousands of Blu-rays. To have that amount of physical Blu-rays, you would need a massive shelf - or more likely, multiple massive shelves.
True, RAID is more expensive, but it also ensures your data will keep working reliably - and it’s much harder to lose than a small disc. Doubly when you throw backups into the mix.
More hard drives. RAID, rotate them out when they fail, more backups too. lol
So much for the right being anti-censorship and pro free-speech lol
For me, physical media takes up more space. It’s a good thing and a bad thing. It takes up more space which means I need to have more space, but it’s also cool having the boxes and box art etc. Ultimately, as long as I own my media and it’s physically accessible to me (like located on my hard drive), then I am happy with that ownership and don’t have to worry about it being taken away from me. Also, physical media can be damaged which means it’s unusable entirely. With a proper RAID setup and backups, digital media can outlast physical media.
That makes this even more depressing. Sailing the high seas is the life for me.
I’m genuinely scared Trump will win. I don’t even live in USA and I’m scared of it happening. I could totally see Trump pulling out of NATO and then lives being lost because of it.
Based on current findings of the investigation, the attack was contained within the Corporate IT environment and there is no evidence that the threat actor gained access to our product environment or customer data.
If it were a company other than TeamViewer I’d probably believe them, but since it’s TeamViewer, they could just as easily be lying since they have lied in the past about breaches IIRC.
People generally recommend Debian-based distributions because they tend to be more popular, have more applications designed first and foremost to work on them, and tend to have the most community support because they are more popular.
Now THAT’S the economy.
They are both loaded because I tried manually loading just one, and then it didn’t help, so then I tried the other.
I can’t pair mine with my computer, it doesn’t even show up in the device list. The modules do not show up unless I manually load them.
I already have steam-devices installed.
I really don’t feel like I am doing anything wrong, but maybe I am.
Keep in mind it works just fine wired, so yeah maybe the Bluetooth adapter I have is just not compatible with the PS4 controller.
I actually have two PS4 controllers, one older one and one with the light bar. Both of them are unable to connect via Bluetooth.
I don’t have hid_sony or hid_playstation loaded, I tried manually loading them and I think that works but: https://i.imgur.com/VHbtW5l.png even though they show as loaded, I still experience the same problem: https://i.imgur.com/Z42WtKr.png I only have a bunch of unnamed devices when searching for new devices to connect to/pair with, and I can’t pair with any of them. My headphones and Xbox Series X controller work perfectly.
I’m on Ubuntu 22.04, kernel 6.5.0-41-generic so it shouldn’t be that. Maybe my Bluetooth adapter isn’t that great but it’s a TP-Link UB400 so it’s not exactly a low quality Bluetooth adapter either.
Weirdly enough, I could never get my DS4/PS4 controller working on Linux, at least through Bluetooth. The device never shows up in the device list. My Xbox Series X and Xbox One X controllers work perfectly with Bluetooth thanks to xpadneo, and I can use my DS4/PS4 controller wired with or without ds4drv, but I just can’t get it to work wirelessly.
So all it takes is a screen presumably dome shaped to prevent something like this from happening? Damn, companies are unforgivable, they should seriously be charged with murder.
Well that’s a word I’ve never seen before lol
I think these things aren’t designed to stop everyone, just most people, non-technical people - not people like us who know how to work around limitations etc.
It still sucks though, and it’s a stupid idea.
You’re right, all these whistleblowers are dying completely naturally and it’s not suspicious at all.
I’d still fly in a Boeing until I hear about them start to get recalled/grounded/etc more, but you must be pretty naive if you don’t see that these deaths are suspicious and don’t think that companies in the United States of America, the land of big business, out of all countries in the world, could have legislative and other protections.
This is exactly what I’ve been doing recently. These older games are basically old enough to be considered abandonware/technologically obsolete.
If I can’t obtain it legally then I find it hard to be upset about obtaining it through other ways.
