I just switched to Bazzite on my Legion Go and LOVE the freedom from Microsoft.

Real talk: whichever one makes you happy. Do a little research with some search terms such as “play {game} on Linux” and see what other users are running. Then, assemble a few live disks and test-pilot a few distros.

It’s pretty fun getting to switch out your OS so freely and once you find an interface that feels good, you just plop your ass into that seat. If you keep decent records of your configs and such, you might find yourself starting over again multiple times while you “try to get it right.” That’s not failure, that’s just advancing your skills and making yourself happy.

Linux can be as simple or as advanced as you want it to be.

I think she is a legend for what she did and I think USPS was absolutely right to fire her for it.

20-foot lifted vehicles would probably be considerably safer:

1. They’d easily have the clearance to safely navigate over most pedestrians in their path.
2. Any attempts to balance them well would be incredibly expensive and you’d likely have many drivers whose cars would fall over from insufficiently sized tires or whatever.

I’ve always been too nervous to ask this, but what do people like so much about Malignant? I probably watched it through the wrong lens, but like you, I went in blind.

Without spoilers, I mostly felt bored watching the movie or annoyed by the characters, other parts felt jarring or confusing rather than scary. When the movie reached the end, I was mostly confused and completely taken out of the moment, but then when I realized how everything ties in, my reaction was “well that makes no sense without context or at least stronger allusions!” Maybe I was supposed to think it was clever?

It’s completely possible that I just missed something and didn’t clue in when I was supposed to or couldn’t relate to the characters well enough. With all the praise I hear for Hereditary, I want to be able to enjoy the movie the way everyone else did. I really appreciate any input or opinions.
