I know protecting the public is not technically their job
It literally is the main job.

Freedom of speech for me but not for thee
His commander should kick his ass, report him for endangerment, and then throw him out of the police station like in the movies when somebody gets thrown out of a saloon.
You are spot on. The CDN simply has authentication functionality. (Or the app generates a temporary CDN URL that you’ll use)
Odysee is actually doing amazing. The interface is great and the speed is even better than Youtube at the moment.
They are however swithing their core structure from one blockchain powered storage model to another one, so at the moment it’s a bit guesswork and could possibly turn out very bad. (ArWeave bought them…)
Regarding the far right content on the platform; yes, there is a bit of it, but I have only once come across it, and I was actually browsing some categories relating to politics. So in normal usage, following content creators and checking what Odysee is featuring, you’ll not come across them. But even if you do, Odysee’s block/mute functionality works better than the one on YouTube.
“Good point, we’ll ban all of them”
It’s to highlight the idea that the law is more important to protect than the people.
The ISP I’m with allows you to keep the email address indefinitely. But I’m sure there are many ISPs who don’t do that.
What the hell are you even talking about? You ask questions and I answer them. Your intentions are fucking selfish and negative. Get the fuck out of here yourself you miserable asshole.
Go do your own resource for the stuff I said. I don’t have to prove shit.
Ignorant Americunt
Many ISPs still give an email address.
What if the guns got guns
Some of Putins speeches, albeit in a totally different tone, claim the same stuff as Hitler did in his speeches.
That’s some NSDAP type of talking right there.
Suuuuuuuuure buddy.
I’d rather not explain legal law.
The main gist is that intention is important.
Also, besides the last few years (i think because of immigration), racism was almost non existent, and most people only talked shit behind closed doors, but didn’t even really mean it. Police for example are more into profiling than racism. And the fact that racism is not allowed, also makes it very taboo to be racist.
And also a very weird “every country allows extremists” comment. I’ll just point it out and not go into it any further.
The Philippines is an ally of the US. And I’m sure that if countries start being violent towards the US, those encounters would be shown to the allies of the US, including discussions on what an alliance entails.
Your second point is much better though. But trying to liberate Chinese people within China is much different than wanting to defend an ally.
Plus China is a big bully in the sea there. They literally had the maritime borders they agreed on their official maps, but the last few years they have been redrawing them. It would be the same as Russia deciding their maritime borders are 10 miles from the US shore.
You have a name and it’s Mr Shill.
Specificities?
A few out of the top of my head: France, Belgium, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Australia.
In all of these countries free speech is a right, but blatant racism, hate speech, or propaganda based upon such basis, can all get you fined and possibly even jailed.
Free speech can exist perfectly fine with rules against this kind of stuff. In a lot of western countries where racism and hatespeech can get you in trouble, you are still totally allowed to criticize cultures, immigrants and other stuff like that.
Sometimes the police from the USA go to Europe to learn how to handle these situations without murder. And European police sometimes go to the USA to learn how to handle gun situations.
This would not have happened anywhere outside of the USA, not even in dangerous countries. Just my 2c
