Until they subtly inject them into other social media platforms, whereupon they’ll trickle into Lemmy like so much piss from an overflowing toilet. Mark my words, we’ll be up to our eyes in piss by 2026.

Just testing how many checks it makes and on what and where. Not sure what triggers it or where.
Edit: forgot to say, thank you!
Madame web would have been much better if it hadn’t included three copies of scrappy doo and if the plot made sense. Just a frustrating movie to experience.
Doesn’t seem to have been. I figured you were trying to say that Biden should have attempted to outlaw deepfakes and/or fake news, so I took you literally as a joke. Might’ve just misclicked.
To be honest, I’m not sure how posting AI fake videos of Harris would have helped
Because optimization isn’t secondary or even tertiary to the average modern design philosophy. The extra power is, unfortunately, mandatory for a decent user experience.
He’s given the description of something with fins and teeth, but that could be any number of animals. Typically, a gargantuan decision like this isn’t made unless there’s a similarly massive realization. Did advisors say his polls were unfavorable? Were donors pulling out? Did he come to terms with his age? Was his party begging for his retirement?
I’m not looking for souls lore and feelings in abstract, I’m asking for events.
If by “they” you mean the news, then I’ve noticed a change. Insofar as actual human people and their opinions in my city, they’ve been static. Progressives sighing and regressives screeching. How have the human people in your city changed their opinions?
Maybe? Selfishly, I still wish he’d offered complete candor to sate my curiosity. Maybe in his memoirs.
They’ve been saying the same thing for 3 years. This doesn’t make sense without some sort of realization or external pressure.
I don’t believe that he relinquished his campaign out of utter beneficence. I skimmed the transcript but never managed to find it, does he touch on what in particular compelled him to pass the torch?
It’s hard to believe that he’d just wake up one morning after six months of campaigning and say “yeah, it’s about time I hang up my suit.” Especially with only a few months remaining for Harris to campaign. There had to have been a coming to Jesus moment for the spontaneity of this about face.
Anyone know how much the additional ~30 pounds of a human man, compared to a human woman and a test tube of cum, would cost to fly to mars? How many women would each mission need to take to offset the weight of a precisely calibrated refrigerator full of spunk? If, upon arrival on mars, they immediately begin pouring cum all over the ground, how delicious would Elon’s tears be?
Considering the complete lack of backlash against the commentators who disparaged Vivek this year, they’ve definitely got a handle on it.
There will be quite a few Muslim allegations as well, for reasons. Which is funny, considering she has history with nearly everything besides Islam.
No way, man. My friend read that document and developed blood clots. RFK jr also recently talked about it on Joe Rogan’s podcast, where they suggested that… etc…
The internet isn’t a place to draw an understanding of politics. The internet isn’t even a place to draw an understanding of the internet.
As far as backups go, she’s far from the worst. On that note, what would America do if Biden were re-elected and simply stepped down immediately? Would America lament the second term that never was or would they simply say “oh, weird. Whatever.” Or would they celebrate fresher blood finally finding its way into the mix? I know republicans would attempt to block and/or complain about everything, but the reasonables- how would they react?
Very fair. I’m not a fan of the misrepresentation of modern fish farms as sustainable, either.
As far as low environmental impact protein farms go, I personally prefer shellfish. They’re delicious, can survive mostly on algae (which I’d love to become another dietary mainstay), and can be used to clear heavy metals in non-dietary utilizations. Spirulina is delicious as well, but tends not to be a great heavy metal sink.
In the end, I just don’t love the texture of most bugs and I hope sustainable protein farming can branch out more in the future.
Those’ve been fairly common for the last like… 8 years on Reddit. Interestingly, they started as mug and trinket sale ads and have since launched into every facet. Some major marketing firms use that method now, and I blame spammers for that blight.
